This home has been used as an Airbnb with an excellent rental history. The Lake Michigan beaches are a mile west of this home. The city of Manistee recently approved golf carts that can be used as transportation in the city limits. ADDITIONAL FEATURES: The downstairs has original Tigerwood oak floors as well as the staircase. This is considered a French farm Victorian. The upstairs is plank that what was done in these old Victorians so they have been painted as they should be all three bathrooms have been renovated the one in the Mackinaw suite / Carriage house is new. The Furnace is a year old as well as the dishwasher is two years old. The stove is a confectionery stove and is exhausted right out of the kitchen to the outdoors.
